4g Network & Call drop issue at residence - Vodafone Network issues

I am Chirag Madnani

Please be advised that I am raising Vodafone Network issues since June 2018, but till date i have not received any resolution from your end. On 9th October Vodafone Executive name Mr. Ajit visited my residence to check Network connectivity issue and he took some screenshot and provided to the back end team and told us that we will receive a call within 48 hours, its been 5 days now i have not receive any calls but today in the morning i received an SMS stating my complaint has been resolved.
Every time the Vodafone executive calls and says the same thing that we are looking into it, but still the issue persist.

Please take strict action against vodafone as they are cheating with customer by providing WORST NETWORK
