Vodafone Excess bill charged unnecessarily and mental harrasement for bill payment

Hi,
My father was using Vodafone postpaid card and he was charged with amount of Rs. 5500/. The bill amount is increasing every month even though the card is not in use. On 16th December my father was hospitalized due to paralytic attack and from that time the phone is not in use. The company has added internet add on packs everyday for which they are demanding for payment. The person from company comes home and demands for money in a abusive language. Also keeps on calling my mother and is mentally harassing her for the bill payment. Kindly take a note of this.
