Before leaving for Europe from 29 May to 7 June 2018, we got International Roaming activated by depositing Rs. 3000.
From 1st June 2018 the phone outgoing and possibly incoming too was discontinued. This was without our knowledge. We came to know after we returned to Kolkata on 7 June 2018.
That is practically during our tour we did not have the phone service without our knowledge. We were senior citizens travelling alone in cities/towns wanted the phone in case of any emergencies
/security. Vodafone failed to provide the desired service in spite of having POST PAID Connection with valid International Roaming.
We feel that for this Vodafone should be penalised appropriately.
They should reverse all the charges claimed.
