I have transfered my Vodafone connection from Post paid to Prepaid on 27th Jan 2017, and till date Vodafone could not activate my prepaid SIM. I have been ask Vodofone customer care to visit Vodafone Gallery at Mapusa-Goa. Yet least 10 times I had visited the Mapusa gallery and the response is very poor. Till date to activation has not done.
