Dear Sir, I had used vodafone postpaid number 9811116508 last 10 years, when i purchase this number vodafone company executive said that, your security amount will be refund by cheque, now i transfered the number postpaid to prepaid and my security amount credit in my vodafone number 9811116508 account as a prepaid balance. When i said to vodafone executive he reply me this is not company policy, it is not possible refund by cheque.

Sir Please help me, and take action agst the vodafone company, i want my security amount Rs.298/- by cheque. I cant use this amount my prepaid balance.
