I purchased a data pack for my mabile no.-9818773843 on 13 Nov2016 having validity of 28 days. Till today Vodafone failed to provide connectivity
They make baseless excuses for not providing service and keeps on making promise giving 30days target for completion. Last target date was 20/01/17. Now they gave next target to provide connectivity is 20/02/17.I asked for refund as I can not wait for so long in present digital age, they refused saying it against vodafone policy. I am changing service provider therefore it is incumbent for vodafone to refund money as they failed to provide service for which I paid for.It amounts to unfair trade practice.Vodafone failed to provide connectivity till today ie13/03/17. Again failed on their promise of 20/02/17.
