Ration WEAT and RICE not given by Distributor from December 2015

Sir This is regarding the plaint pertaining to NOT distributing Ration Products like Wheat and Rice since December 2015. As per the information found from Department of Food and civil supplies department, Uttar Pradesh. I tried contacting on No. 18001800150 mentioned on website for couple of time but nobody picked up to listen my concerned. Hence I am writing to you to convey the problem my family is facing. We did not get the Ration WHEAT and RICE from December 2015. I kindly request you assisting in proving the resolution for the same. Details is hereby given for your reference. No action has been taken so far even after multiple complaints registered on its portal.
