Incomplete service by Vodafone even after paying complete billing

I am KN Kulkarni, using 8334888554 of Vodafone and even my wife uses Vodafone No.
We tried to contact landline Nos in Maharashtra, but it would not go through since April 2020.
When I use BSNL and other service providers mob No, I am always able to get through immediately every time.

Plz look into it. Service provider cannot be selective in managing calls.
On top of it I have filed complaint with Vodafone, but they have given false promises that they will look into and resolve but so far since
01 May,they haven't done to sort it out.
