I am not getting my actual data which promised

Sir I were promised that in 399 recharge I get 1.4 gb internet data but they are providing me only 1 gb data and saying that you are using 1.4 gb but I am getting 1 gb . I am attaching my phone data screenshot with this of yesterday . I used yesterday only 1.07 gb but customer care called me that you used your all 1.4 gb data .
