Does not PORT my number, trying to sms Port msg but customer care executive doesn't help me.

I am trying to sms Port msg but customer care executive doesn't help me. They also block my number to contact customer care. I go to Vodafone store there also doesn't help me.in Vodafone store my token number is 222 on dated 17 /8/2017 at gajuaka branch.
