Delay in issuing the refund

Vodafone Complaint Complaint Date: August 12, 2020
This is with regard to the online transaction dated 5 Feb 2019, as part of postpaid bill payment. The payment was done to Vodafone instead of Airtel and the amount was Rs. 249. I did contact Vodafone customer care multiple times and I also received a response initially stating that amount of Rs. 213.57 will be refunded in the form of a cheque after necessary deductions. But till date I haven't received any cheque and when I tried following up with the team there is no response.
