Delay in issuing the refund amount

The issue is w.r.t refund amount I should receive for one of the online transaction that I made to Vodafone instead of Airtel. The amount I paid was Rs. 249 fated 5 Feb, 2019. When I contacted customer care the same day by dropping a mail, aftervrepeated conversations I got a positive reply dated 28 March, 2019 indicating after few deductions (though not sure of the reason for deduction) amount of Rs. 213.57 will be refunded and it will be issued in the form of a cheque on my name and will be dispatched to the resedential address which I provide. I was also told that it takes 25 working days. But toy surprise I haven't received the cheque till date and I am still contacting customer care where I get different responses from different executives. I am very much disappointed with the service. It not only wasted my precious time but also the mental agony i faced when contacting the customer service. The amount of time I invested costs much more than the amount I was supposed to receive in the form of refund. It has been more than a year and still i haven't received the refund cheque. The last mail from appellate.ap@vodafoneidea.com was on Aug 13, 2020 where i was once again told that the cheque will be dispatched to nearest vodafone store but till date there is no update.
