Delay in issuing the refund amount

Hi,

I am writimg this with regerence to one of the online transaction I made for postpaid bill payment. The payment was done for vodafone instead of airtel. I did contact customer care where the initial response was positive and after that instead of providing the refund they are simply dragging the issue. It's been more than 5 months and still there is np action.
