MY MOBILE NO 9978612412, I PAST USE VODAFONE PREPAID SERVICE BUT DATE;-25/01/2017 I CHANGE OPERATOR THROUGH MNP I GO WITH IDEA. BUT WHEN I CLOSE VODAFONE PREPAID THAT TIME MY PREPAID BALANCE AMOUNT ABOUT Rs.400.00. BUT TILL THIS DATE NOT ME REFUND MY BALANCE AMOUNT AND I SEND MANY EMAIL TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE,APPLE ATE AND NODAL BUT NOT ANY RESPONSE OR REPLY ME TILL THIS DATE. SO PLEASE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT. THANKS.
