Dear Sir
I had ordered Lee Cooper Black shoe online through Shopclues, my order no. is 106221789 on 22/12/2016 and it has been delivered to me on 07/01/2017, when I unbox it I found one shoes is having a whole so that on 08/01/2017 I lodge a return request, after 4 to five days they (Shopclues) send me mail that they need some photographs of the faulty shoes which I had given to them on very next day, after three to four days they told me to resend some more photographs, again I send 11 nos. of photographs to them, now they harass me by saying that they didn't receive any photographs, and they are going to close the issue without resolving it.

Pls. look into this matter.
