Software problem in Lenovo A6000 mobile.

I purchased Lenovo A6000 through Flipkart on 03/04/2015. Within two months there are lot of problems in my set, first the keypad are not working properly, message is not coming through Whats App.I can't type anything smoothly. sometimes few keywords r not working. Now, I can not swipe any thing except the incoming & outgoing call. I am really fade up with the hand set and I request you to kindly make immediate replacement of my set as because I can not spare much time for servicing. I am B-tech student and without smart phone I can not spare a single day, so pl. take immediate action and intimate me through e-mail.
