Hitachi not servicing my AC and AC remote

I was purchased a AC (Hitachi RAU018HVEA 1.5 Tons Inverter Split AC) from flipkart on 9 September, 2015 11:13 PM. My order id is OD103867545062652000. It was one year warranty. From at middle of April 2016 my AC remote are not working and not cooling my AC. Then we booked for servicing at hitachi service center on 25th april 2016. My call booking number is 16042506760. They told us that we will resolve within 48 hours.

Then from hitachi no body concern about my problem. After that we called hitachi customer care many times and they told me we are concerned your problem and we will resolve immediately. When no one concern with me from hitachi then we told our problem flipkart and they are told me your problem will solve within 11 May 2016 at 3 PM. But still today hitachi not resolved my problem.

I mailed my problem to hitachi customer care(customercare@jci-hitachi.com).

I have all documents of communication with flipkart customer care and hitachi customer care.

I need solution immediately within 2 days otherwise I need full money back with product cost and installation cost and others expenditure.
