Dear Sir, I want to raise a complaint regarding the inresponsible Travel agency named as EaseMyTrip.com, Actually i had add money (INR 1250 in EaseMyTrip wallet but When I was trying book ticket and pay from the wallet, it was not getting deducted, i had tring so many times but it's not working, then I mailed them regarding for this issue, but they are not proper responding, Whenever I take a followup to this issue, their answer comes that we have forwarded your Complaint Concern Team and It's been more than 6 months, these guys are just making me fool.
Please help me my money is stuck in their wallet
