I made a booking for Hotel Pema Yangsel at Paro, Bhutan on 18th May 2019 for 2 rooms 2 nights for 20th and 21st June, 2019 through Goibibo and made full payment on that day only.

When I reached the hotel with my family on 20th June 2019, they denied the booking and said they can allow only on making full cash payment again.

I immediately called Goibibo from my Bhutan number (International sim card) about this. Though it was expensive but i had no choice. The person said he will call back soon and sent the email also regarding the same but nobody called. i tried again many times but couldn't get through. I tried to log in but your website said "this number is not registered"

I was along with my wife and kids and had no option but to pay the hotel again in cash.

Is this the way you operate and treat your customers. Its been 4 days and still I need to chase you people. After many tries on 24th morning i got connected to one person faiz who listened and told that he would reply for sure in an hour. 5-6 hrs past and i have not received any call back. Goibibo IVR option is very complicated it it always takes to domestic hotels customer care where they say they will connect to international and you hear the fixed voice that your estimated time is one minute and you are first in queue for about ten minutes then it gets disconnected and if you are lucky then the person ask you How may I help you and then when you told the whole story he puts you on hold and say we'll look into this and talk to the management and call back sometimes says 15 minutes sometimes in an hr and so on but They never reply back.

I even have the call records.

I'm fed up and request the consumer complaints forum to resolve the same.
