Not providing booking against amount paid

I bought a 4night package from Jukaso Journeys for 15000. While selling I was told I don't have to pay anything except this 15000 and I can avail this anytime of the year as its Red membership.
But now the agent first told that I can not book Goa Hotel, then she told I have to pay 1000 per night extra for Goa.
In the booklet its not mentioned anywhere that I need to pay extra and your agent who sold this membership to me also told that I don't have to pay anything except this 15000. But now they are not providing the hotel booking.
