Booking ID NL2106271524526, holiday package and return fight Indigo 6E2694 dt 05/01/19 got cancelled and upon calling airline ,they refunded the amount 16572/- in 3 days to booking travel site ie makemytrip.However makemytrip is fooling me and not refunding the amount despite calling several times.They just asking me to wait and wait and upon calling one person connects to other and again explaining everything for long they say we will connect to other concern dept and wasting my time.Today also had word with a person after waiting for 30 minutes and he says now wait for 7 more days...
