Redbus.in bus got cancelled by bus operator and fare not refunded

i had book ticket online via https://www.redbus.in/ my journey date was 24/may/2019 at 5:30 pm fron gurugram to manali but bus got cancelled by bus operator (Rao milan). Bus operator send me another location in delhi to catch another bus. We reached there a bus came named "Laxmi Holidays" and asked fare again to get into bus and 'Rao milan bus' operator switched off their phone. And i repaid again. same day i had complain to redbus my complain no given by red bus is 8749429. but not resolved yet. Help me to get refund. They all doing fraud.
