I booked samay travels service from baroda-rajkot using redbus on 24-2-2017. reporting time was 11:30 PM so i reached with my family 10 minutes ago. when i reach to the place, i show that the office was locked. than we call to the office number 97277 78352 provided by redbus in email ticket. they tell that bus was late and we have to wait for an hour. there is no facility to stay at midnight with my family and travel agency don't care of it. i show three women waiting for the same bus till 1:00 AM. we ask them to cancel our booking and ask for refund at 11:30 PM but they refuse to do so. they say they can't cancel the ticket at after 11:30 PM. well if bus is 1:30 hour late than why don't they just cancel our ticket so we travel through some other travel agency? it's worst experience of my family traveling. i want 10 times of my actual ticket as refund because even i complaint on there official site, they not respond to it yet.
