Year package given and cheat. Didnt give any package

I purchased a package from my family escape (a tourism related company) A yearly package "my classic escape" in which they commit 7 free nights + 2 additional nights stay including breakfast across india and abroad. I have to inform them atleast 1 month prior if i want to take advantage of this package. so many times i tried to book even 2 months prior i inform them but they keep on saying in given dates slots are full we can not give you booking. validity of 1 year is about to expire and still i could not use even a single night of given package. I talked to them they told me we can convert it to package but for that you have to pay some amount which is more than the amount at which i purchased the package. this is complete cheating. main thing is there is no contact details except a toll free no. 1800 137 8078 and once you call on this toll free no. they inform we can not do anything this is or policy. please help and get me my money back. also request you all please do not purchase any package or deal from this company its a big fraud company
