Dear Sir,

I am a Senior citizen aged 67 yrs and retired from service. Travel Triangle based in Noida Delhi is an Agent and they refer their sub Agents for the tour. They act as only the Refree job and mention they guarantee the money. I booked for Gujarat tour and travel Triangle referred My Travel Jockey, SAR Corporate centre, Ring Road, Surat Mobile No, 9924615469, E mail anu@mytraveljockey.com and I paid Rs. 34 500/- for myself and for my wife. We have to start the tour on 15-12-2016 and the tour Id. 858391. But on the appointed date I was not able to reach the Airport due to Heavy Storm at Chennai ( My Place) and the city faced Heavy Damage and No Power, No Transport, and No Communication for one week. Normal life was completly paralaysed and the Roads are blocked by Fallen Trees and Buildings. I booked with the Indigo flight and they have refunded full amount to me. The Tour cost does not include flight cost which I had to bear seperately. It is a State Calamity which was widely appeared on the media. When I ask for Refund of 34 500/- they refused and refunded only 1200/- Please kindly help me to recover the amount as the reasons are genuine.

    I book a tour package for 4 person from travel trangle for mcloadganj and trinund mountain .But really this was a horrible for us.we never treated as in my entire life.i want to tell you that I totally waist my 26000/=.
    1.First of the bus was horrible .I think driver was not fit to ride for
    mountains .

    2 codinater has not experience to handle 40+

    3.at 10000 ft we are not a single water bottle
    4 sleeping bag was also missing from codinater.

    There are so many other complaints.

    I have booked flight from JAI to HYD on 05th March by Via.com and it's got cancelled by Aircosta and it is almost gone 70 days gone & I have not got the refund amount. After calling so many times to their customer care they didn't respond. In their emails Aircosta says talk to Via customer care & Via customer care says talk to Aircosta. They both have created a indefinite loop. Please help me out in this so that I could get my amount back to the earliest.
