Oyo rooms Cheated us and harrassed us, they were totally careless and lousy behavior nobody responde

I booked a package to Thailand from Oyo. But they were totally careless and lousy behavior nobody responded to calls or mails and made all kinds of silly mistakes in the mail and nobody would correct it instead they convince me that it's correct like flight at 9 and pick up from hotel by 8 is correct these kind of mistake made but no response to my call mail to correct it. gave me contact of visa agent asking to send documents as visa was included in package they said just send documents we will take care of the rest . Till last minute when my visa didn't arrive they said chill we are here and when visa got delayed they refused any responsibility of it and reduced my day in Phuket and had many many more problems there but they refused any compensation they cheated us and played with our trust
