Misguiding about the destination of bus

I was travelling from Patna to bettiah. The bus in charge told that the bus would go to bettiah and even charged the fare for that which was 300 rs. even though the bus was non-ac. When the bus reached Motihari the conductor and the driver told us to empty the bus as another bus will come and take us to Bettiah. It has already been 1 hr and neither the bus has come nor is the conductor available here. He just disappeared after doing all these shit.
