*No receipts for major bank transfers
*No detailed itinary
*Los Angeles,sanfransisco motels (no hotels) 40-50 miles away from main city,..No one could even explore on their own.
*Insects,frogs spotted in rooms..No care was taken on reporting.
*Lunch,dinner given in itinary were converted to packed take away of worst quality
*Buffalo..1.5 hr premature forced exit from airport...Waiting in cold wind 1
km away for bus
*Driver was rude,abusive,
Washington...Horrible,air condition failure,travelled 4 hrs in furnace like bus,..Compelled to walk on foot 5 km in hot humid climate
*Feed back forms not collected..Because they said WORST.
I hv signed petition by client family heads.
