i had booked confirmed ticket on 29/1/19 from surat to gandhinagar. i was waiting for bus at surat depo from22.30 to 23.30 and i inquired to depo main window 3 times for bus location they told me that bus will come to platform. but bus was not came to plateform and ran away from surat depo without taking me. and i completed lost my money and time.so i want cmpansasion for this.
