Company invites us for free holiday package and membership of company in Himalaya mall,Gurukul ,Ahmedabad .branch of Times Vacanza.we paid 15000 by card to company on 2nd December 2018.executive told us we are able to stay in Canada hote of them and we were searching for hotels of them but we can’t find .next day we went to branch for full payment and they told us that they forget to tell us about tax money .after that executive provide email and told me we book complain on it .right now Ahmedabad branch close no any old executive pick our phone .we are trying to phone in corporate office of Times Vacanza .we talk to mr.suraj Parikh who is incharge in it but he said to me ,if you have any written executive talk then we can refund your money and executive responsible for that not company.but we paid money in company so please refund my money because it’s company executive fault we don’t k le them .you can contact us on 9898418978
