I have booked my bus from makemytrip from ahmedabad to mumbai for parshwanath travels who scheduled to be depart at 11:15 pm on 2nd sep.2018. I called several times from 11.08 pm to 11.50 pm but travels operator did not pick up my calls and bus had already departed before sechudeled time at 11.00 pm. I was waiting from 11 pm bcz as per my eticket details bus was to leave by 11.15 but it already left before so i missed it. Bcz they did not pick up my call i could not catch it nd office was also closed. I missed my bus as well as i could not go for my important work. Today i contcated at office they talked very rudely and they are not ready to accept that it was their fault and denied me for my refund
