Hello,
I have booked flight ticket on dated 16 Feb 2020. We had a plan to travel the same it was booked on 10 Apr 2020 for Mumbai to Bangkok and 16 Apr 2020 was return from Bangkok to Mumbai –Via Chennai. Due to Covid 19 it was lockdown form 22 Mar 2020 to 18 Jun 2020.
My tour was came under this dates. Here I request Indigo to refund full amount to Goibibo so that I can ask them to refund for the same.

INDIGO has given refund to GOIBIBO by account . GOIBIBO has given confirmation for refund on 12 Sep 2020 but till date they have not given refund.

As per government guideline on dated 16 Apr 2020 –AV-29011/27/2020-DT. It is clearly mention that all airlines has to refund with full amount to customer.

I am tried to get refund from Goibibo but no one giving proper answer about refund. .

Please help for the refund. Ticket is attached Some documents for your reference. Regards Nilhil Variya
