Refund not process

Dear Sir / Madam,

On 1st August 2020, I have booked three ticked thru Make My Trip website, having PNR number S91ZWZ & booking id F21101278644206 and flight No. Go Air G8-708. Due to non business operational, It was cancelled by Go Air line

GoAir line has refunded the ticket amount to Make My Trip on 22nd August 2020 of Rs. 8703 but Make My Trip has not refunded me the same. It is now more than one and half month passed.

I have sent reminder mail to Make My trip to process my refund but I did not get any response from them. I called on their Customer Care number but did not get any support from them.

I also requested Make My Trip to do the needful otherwise I will take action against it but they neither processed my refund nor replied to me.

Now, I request you to take stringent action against Make My Trip and levy Penalty to harass customers.
