Online bus ticket is booked through ur firm on 20 sep 2020 for amount of rs.3200.00 from lucknow to delhi but neither the bus arrived at the pick up point nor the phone is recieved by ur rep because it is switched off . Your services reflected on google and other sites are fraud ... It is requested to refund my above amount i.e rs. 3200.00 or I will be forced to take legal action against your firm. Even customer care number provided by your firm is not valid and other one number is not being received by anyone of ur rep .. Refund my amount of Rs 3200 and the booking details are as under for your perusal ....
