Complaint against Toyota car for Design problem With Toyota Etios

There is design problem with old toyota etios.When car is fully loaded, it can not cross even small speed breakers.Now they have changed the shocker design in new cars but they are not doing replacement in old cars and they are asking for money for the replacement.Because of this problem i am facing some major problems in my car & it is very risky to drive car in this situation.
