i had bought a reliance broadband connection around 2months ago.firstlytgey took too much time to set up my connection(10days) which was more than given time and were not ready to return my money and after installing i faced probem of frequent disconnection to which i complained around 30-40 times but they closed all my complaints.now when i had placed termination request they did not cloase my connection even after 11days i.e given time.
