I booked online ticket but Bus was not stopped at my journey origin Station, UPSRTC, Lucknow

I have booked online confirmed bus ticket from Akbarpur to Lucknow on date 03-Jun-18 for same date travel. but bus was not stopped at my booked station while that Bus has halt there. Transaction id 307026378

Due to such Irresponsible attitude of UPSRTC staff I had suffered alot. i had missed my official meeting and I got mentally and physically torture whole night by travel from akbarpur to Lucknow by another Transport.
