Not refunding my money since Feb 2020

I booked a air ticked of Air India on 15 Feb 2020 from Jaipur to Agra for 3 passengers through may my trip. At the airport, flight got cancelled by the airlines and we were told full refund will be initiated to the travel agent. MMT has received confirmation from the airlines that we are eligible for the full refund as flight was non operational, still they are not refunding money. I called them many time on their customer care and also have mailed them but no satisfactory answer received. Now they have stopped answer calls and emails as well. The MMT booking ID number is ID12907664662642304.
