Company not given my refund money

I have registered my account on social trade by paying an amount of rupees 57500 Rupees on 10th November 2016.

I have asked for the refund on 14 November and Submit refund query on this date and according to company policy on website, anyone can claim full refund with in 10 days of joining.The company deactivate my account on 19 November and also does not given my refund. After 24 days the company not given my refund. 19 November se 12 December ho gya but abhi tak mere bank a/c me refund nhi aaya jabki company policy ke according 15 days me refund ka option de rakha hai .

3 full week has gone and nobody has satisfied replied on my mail and query that i have posted on their website.

They dont pick the phone number given on their website.

My social trade ID is 61637300

I have attached images showing the payment receipt, refund policy and my complaint date.
