I have registered my account on social trade by paying an amount of rupees 57500 Rupees on 8 November 2016.

I have asked for the refund on 14 November and Submit refund query on this date and according to company policy on website, anyone can claim full refund with in 10 days of joining.The company deactivate my account on 19 November and also does not given my refund. After 24 days the company not given my refund. 19 November se 14 December ho gya but abhi tak mere bank a/c me refund nhi aaya jabki company policy ke according 15 days me refund ka option de rakha hai .

3 full week has gone and nobody has not give satisfied replied on my mail and query and call that i have posted on their website.

My social trade ID is 61637300

I have attached images showing the payment receipt, refund policy and my complaint date.

    Sir,
    I like to suggest that
    1. each vehicle should have a camera installed to grab what are happening inside the vehicle. This should have direct connectivity with police to gather what the persons inside were doing in case the information is needed.Monitoring potential risks and eleminating them before the damage done.

    2. For rail track, each electrical post should record video with night vision camera to watch the track 100% and computerise monitoring to ditect and caution / eliminate the potetial risk of possible accidents.Cost of Post accident measure would be more than cost of imstallations to eleminate them.
