Ticket Booking Complaint Complaint Date: May 17, 2022
On 15th May,22 I had booked railway tickets through ixigo portal (partner of IRCTC ) , tickets cost i.e Rs. 8835/- have already been debited from my saving bank account vide reference no
IGANOTTMP3 dated 15/05/22 , but till now I have not received any tickets or any refund of failed transaction. I am trying to reach out the company number of time but no success.
I request you to please advise the company to refund my money Rs.8835/- which is lying with them at the earliest.

    Good Evening Sir.I was booking my train ticket by ixigo app on 23 & 24 November 2022 but ticket booking failed but Amount Rs 529.82 deducted from my account on 23 November 2022 & Rs 13 deducted from my account on 24 November 2022 but till now amount deducted not refund till now.Please tell your company refund my deducted amount as early you can other wise I will be file the RTI Sir.My user id is IXITRS109091384575989.Thanks
