About Payment Refund Against Failure Transaction

Ticket Booking Complaint Complaint Date: May 19, 2022
With reference to the above subject, I'm Sabir Malpara tried to book a bus ticket by using my Net Banking from GSRTC Online booking system Application on 12th April 2022. While booking a ticket, the transaction failed from GSRTC and the amount of 362/- INR was deducted from my Net Banking Account. It's been more then 30 days since the transaction got failed but still, I didn't receive my money back. Below are the transaction details.

Kindly consider the application, looking for a refund at the earliest.
