I have purchased a new Videocon LED TV from A V Enterprises Calgiri Road, on 22/10/2015 with five year warranty. Tv screen display was lost and showed blue screen and we filed a complaint no JAI3007180091 in customer care service center on 30th July,2018. They charged RS 2144 to send the TV to Main service station and service charges.
2 complete months have gone and company is failed to repair our TV
