VERY POOR PRODUCT WITH HARASSMENT

I am Amar Nath Chatkhandi, from Kolkata. Last year on 25th. I bought (flipkart)a 40inch LED TV of Videocon.

Model - VKC40FH-ZMA1
Serial - 110814110133617144.

On this day of today, the 10th. of May 2016 the TV, I find, after returning from office malfunctioning. Half of the screen does not have display, the other half has, for which viewing the TV is now a harrowing experience. I am shocked and utterly disappointed and need the intervention of the company to resolve this issue immediately. How can a reputed company like Videocon produce such a substandard product? I need my cash back right now. It's my father's hard earned money.(see the affixed pic of my TV's present condition).
