TV Repairing Since Two Weeks

I have a panasonic television purchased on 24th August 2015.
The TV stopped working on 13th May 2016. I registered a complaint on 14th May, 2016. The technician said there seem to be problem with IPS Panel since the power light is blinking three times.
He mentioned it would take 3-4 days before the faulty product would come and be replaced. I called the technician on 18th, May 2016. He gave me store's number to check if the product has been received. Upon calling the store, I came to know it would again take 3-4 days. I called the area service manager who assured it would be fixed in the next 3-4 days. I came to know on 21st May 2016 that the faulty product which has been received is not for this TV, but a different model. It is now 26th, May 2016 and I have been told the product cannot be repaired until 30th as the product is still not received.
