Respected Sir,
We bought Toshiba TV on 01/12/2013 which is in still Warranty(01/12/2016). From there onwards the TV came for repair on Dec 2014 then replace with a new TV. Next it came for repair within 5 months around March 2015, then they replaced with TV again. Now the TV came for repair and registered complaint on 29 March 2016.There onwards I am keep on sending mails, but they are ignoring my requests. They are not responding to my requests. In my mails although I informed them that I will file case, but they are not taking my issue seriously. I lost my belief on their poor products and poor services. So I am requesting you to please help me to get my TV cost from them. I will buy a new TV.
