sir i have purchased Sony led 32 inch smart TV with serial no 8013046491-d on 29 sept which was defective i have registered complain on 3rd Oct but response of company is negative and non cooperative company Engineer has been also visited on 8 Oct. i regularly call Sony consumer helpline they only entertain me and say the next day service center will call you,they never tell me status of my complain
