I purchased a SONY BRAVIA smart TV model KDL-40EX520, Sr. No=2448508 .My The TV stopped working now and on Screen red bend comes.
I complain to customer care, but technician say on phone there is panel problems and cost @19000 rs. For panel replacement so how can paid this big amount for repair.
Finally my humble request to sony TV India LTD management. I not capable for this big amount for repair.
So pls do need full
