Snapdeal.com not replacing wybor LED T.V., Display having black lines issue

I had buy wybor LED T.V. on 4th aug 2016 T.V. Display having black lines I sent back TV to snapdeal as per their 7 days easy replacement cover policy but they call me and said your request has been declined b'coz T.V.is working fine then I again sent some pics which I had taken of display and they again refused, sir they neither call me or neither tell me why they are not replying, i called them more than 15-20 times every time their rep says wait for 24-48 hours you will get call from our technical team, but I am not received any call from technical support, neither they send me back my replacement or neither the one which I purchased, almost >20 days gone not getting any response.

    Hi,
    I am sharing my experience here because Snapdeal doesn't allow us to share on their website.
    I too purchased wybor led 19inch from Snapdeal in March this year. Since then,its PCB board was replaced in May after a long period of one month. I complained on 24th April 2016 to wybor customer service.
    Again Since last week, it has got problem (no video).
    I made a big mistake that I purchased. I was a regular customer of Snapdeal but now I don't buy anything from them. Snapdeal only cares about their business interest. Now wybor customer service has given me contact details of greater noida. I have to go there with LED for replacement. You can understand it's not possible for outstation people.
