Sehanjali Electronics Not Refunding the Amount after order cancellation

Cancelled an LED order for which I had paid 19000/- from my credit card. the cancellation was done on 1/10/2017,/now its more than a month almost 41 days I have already paid one EMI from my pocket and 2nd is lined up they are just making me go round the bushes.
If you can guide in this that would be appreciated.
